It is a modern office complex that seamlessly integrates power engineering functions with natural scenery. By fully leveraging the site’s natural advantages, the project combines engineering facilities with a human-centered spatial experience, creating an efficient yet high-quality working environment.
Unlike traditional power-support buildings, this project introduces architectural aesthetics and landscape design concepts to achieve a balance between functionality and environment. It not only meets the operational requirements of an ultra-high voltage (UHV) transmission project but also provides high-quality working and living spaces for staff.
The project represents a shift in modern infrastructure development—from purely function-oriented to a balanced focus on quality and user experience.

Solution:
The project adopts a nature-integrated architectural solution, fully combining the surrounding landscape with the functional requirements of power engineering, achieving a harmonious integration between architecture and nature.
The overall design follows a pastoral architectural concept, emphasizing openness, comfort, and a strong connection to nature. The façade features a color palette of gray, white, and gold, presenting a modern, stable, and high-quality visual appearance.
Key design features include:
lSloped glass curtain wall design enhances façade layering and natural lighting
lSquare-shaped entrance hall strengthens the visual identity and spatial presence of the entry
lSpiral staircase design combines functionality with artistic expression
The project features a specially designed courtyard garden that connects to the interior through glass, bringing in natural light and scenic views to create a quiet and comfortable space for relaxation.
In response to frequent cloudy and rainy conditions and potential shading from vegetation in southern regions, large floor-to-ceiling windows are installed along both levels of the office corridors, significantly improving indoor daylighting and spatial transparency.
The conference area adopts an extended layout combined with full-height glass windows, offering expansive views and flexible usage, and can accommodate events for over 100 people.
